This band was founded on 2005, where Endro Wibowo (Guitars), Rosid (Bass), Deddy Demon (Drums), and Cholis (Guitars 2), decided to leave FEAR INSIDE and formed the band with the name of JAGAL, with Bodhas (DEVADATA) as vocals (Additional). On October 2006, they succeeded in recording 8 songs and release their debut album "Monster of Insanity" which was released by No Label Records in February 2007
. Where is Steven (Brutal Torture) into the vacuum vocals at that time. The one that made them happy with the album's first release, in March 2007 to find their vocals remain, he is Nando Vocalunatic (Ex-BOIKOT). Mid-January 2008, Rosid resign from the bass position. The end of March 2008 they manage to find a bass player, Alan (Ex-PULVERIZER).

On July 31 2008 they recorded 2 new songs materials in Primitive Studio. Two songs be entitled "Kronik Manipulasi" and "Edukasi Sesat". And his plan 2 songs will be made one of EP that in published by Henceforth Records. And this EP will be released in September 2008.

On 6 March 2009, Alan resign from the bass position. And this is a heavy wallop to them. And after about two sunday do they audition to fill the vacancy in the bass position, on March 22 2009 they succeeded to find the bass that is Dhidit Ratt (Ex-WAFAT). With the change, they hope they can continue with the desire for this year to create an 2nd album.

After a long delay the process of recording, on 18 May 2009 they agreed to record all new material. Recording is done at Musical Studio.

End of the month november 2011, Nando Vocalunatic resigned.
Hard for us to release him, but we respect his decision to continue their education and we always support the best way for him to determine his way of life .... We miss you Brotha!
in early 2012, we find a replacement for Nando vocalunatic, he is Fauzan Dzulfiqar (ex - DEAD criminal) which will occupy space on the position of lead singer and we will forward the material is left for the manufacture of our new album.
We will always provide the best for the entire metal maniac.
We're still a life and we'll burn your soul !!!

Biografi

Sejarah tentang PEJAH dimulai pada tahun 1997, didirikan oleh FERRY BARNEZ ( VOCALS ), DINNO ALEXIA ( DRUMS ), ANTOC ROTTEN RATT ( GUITARS ) dengan nama band PEJAH di kota Surabaya. Nama PEJAH mengandung filosofi/makna 'Penyadaran Jiwa Hitam" yang nantinya dalam lagu2nya mengangkat tema2horror, kematian dan kehidupan di dunia dan akherat dan tema2 lagu tersebut bisa menyadarkan jiwa jiwa metal
yang kelam. PEJAH menyuguhkan warna musik " Harmony Black Metal ". Pada tahun 1998, PEJAH mengeluarkan album pertama yang berjudul " KESENGSARAAN KUBUR" yang berisikan 8 lagu yaitu
1. Ajaran Sesat
2. Ajal
3. Syair Kubur
4. Pejah
5. Lorong Kesengsaraan
6. Pendosa
7. Lahirnya Ratu Kegelapan
8. Penebus Dosa

Album ini menurut prediksi kami tidak laku disebabkan hasil rekaman live yang kurang bagus, tetapi pada kenyataannya album ini sangat diterima dan diminati oleh penggemar musik blackmetal. Hal ini dengan terjualnya album tersebut sampai kurang lebih 5000 pcs kaset yang notabene dalam dunia indie label jumlah tersebut sudah termasuk sukses. Disamping itu PEJAH menunjukkan ke eksistensiannya dengan sering diundang untuk live performance di acara acara underground di surabaya maupun di luar kota surabaya. Seiring berjalannya waktu, di tahun 2003 PEJAH kembali mengeluarkan album yang Kedua berjudul " PENYIKSAAN JIWA ". Album ini berisikan 6 lagu yaitu :
1. Tabir Kegelapan
2. Hamparan Senja
3. Sosok Tuhan
4. Penyiksaan Jiwa
5. Hingga Akhir Zaman
6. Raja Neraka

Album ini agak berbeda dengan album pertama, dari segi materi lagu, kualitas rekaman lebih bagus dari sebelumnya. Album ini juga bisa dibilang sukses sama dengan album pertama yaitu bisa diterima oleh masyarakat pecinta blackmetal. PEJAH dengan album ini pernah ikut kompilasi black metal se asia yang dirilis oleh label dari singapura dan PEJAH pernah juga ditawari untuk live performance di Singapura namun hal tersebut tidak terjadi dikarenakan faktor faktor administrasi.

7. Birth of the Dark Queen
8. Redeemer

This album did not sell according to our predictions due to the live recordings that are less good, but in fact this album is very acceptable and desirable by blackmetal music fans. It is with terjualnya album to less than 5000 pcs tapes that in fact in the world of indie labels that amount already includes successful. In addition to the eksistensiannya PEJAH shows with often invited to live performance at underground events in and outside the city surabaya surabaya. Over time, in 2003 PEJAH re-issued a second album titled "MENTAL TORTURE." This album contains 6 songs which are:
1. Veil of Darkness
2. Overlay Dusk
3. The figure of God
4. Mental Torture
5. Until the End Times
6. King Hell

This album is somewhat different from the first album, in terms of song material, the recording quality is better than ever. The album is also practically the same success with the first album that is acceptable to the community lovers blackmetal. PEJAH with this album had come se asia black metal compilation released by the label from singapore and PEJAH had also offered to live performance in Singapore but this should not happen due to administrative factors.
